Hungarian Fisherman’s Soup (Halászlé) is one of Hungary’s most iconic traditional dishes. This vibrant, paprika-rich fish soup is made with freshwater fish, onions, tomatoes, peppers, and plenty of Hungarian paprika.
Traditionally cooked in a large kettle over an open fire, Halászlé is especially associated with the Danube and Tisza regions and is a favorite during holidays and family gatherings. 🇭🇺🐟🌶️
