🇭🇺 What Is Húsgombócleves?
The Hungarian word húsgombóc means meatball, while leves means soup. Together, Húsgombócleves simply means meatball soup.
There are many variations throughout Hungary and Central Europe. Some versions use a clear broth, while others include paprika, sour cream, or different vegetables.
