Hungarian stuffed pork loin, known as töltött karaj, is a beautiful traditional-style dish that turns a simple pork roast into an impressive centerpiece.
The pork is butterflied and filled with a savory mixture of bread, eggs, herbs, and seasonings before being rolled and roasted until tender. Once sliced, the stuffing creates a beautiful spiral through the meat, making this dish perfect for family dinners, Sunday lunches, and festive occasions.
